VIP Refund Policy

The $20 VIP reservation was a refundable deposit that held early-access pricing for the DogVibe Kickstarter campaign.
VIP reservations were refundable on request up until the Kickstarter campaign closed on October 30, 2026 at 1:00am Mountain Time. That window is now closed, and VIP reservations are no longer refundable.
If you requested a refund before the campaign closed, your request is being honored.
If you backed DogVibe on Kickstarter, your reservation was credited toward your pledge, so you paid the VIP price shown on your reward.
Kickstarter Refund Policy
Pledges made on Kickstarter are not refundable.
When you back DogVibe on Kickstarter, that money goes directly into producing the product. Tooling, components and manufacturing all get committed on the strength of the campaign, so we are not able to return pledges once they are placed. Campaign pricing is the trade-off for backing a product before it is built.
Kickstarter pledges are also covered by Kickstarter’s own Terms of Use.
Every DogVibe system carries a one year warranty against defects in workmanship. If your unit arrives defective, contact us and we will take care of it.
