DogVibe is currently in pre-launch.

At this time, we are accepting fully refundable VIP reservations for early access to DogVibe when we launch.

VIP Reservation Refunds

Your VIP reservation is fully refundable.

If you place a VIP reservation and later decide you no longer want to participate, you may request a refund at any time before placing a final order for the DogVibe product.

What Your VIP Reservation Means

Your VIP reservation helps reserve your spot for early access and launch benefits.

A VIP reservation does not guarantee a final product purchase, does not obligate you to buy DogVibe, and is not the same as purchasing the final DogVibe product.

Product details, pricing, launch timing, and availability may change as we continue development and prepare for launch.

Final Product Orders

This refund policy currently applies to VIP reservations only.

Once DogVibe launches and final product orders become available, we may update this policy with additional refund, return, shipping, and warranty terms for physical products.
