How long is my VIP price good for?
Until the campaign ends on October 29. It will not be offered again after that.
Do I have to back right away?
No. Your VIP price holds for the whole campaign. Backing sooner does help us climb Kickstarter's rankings, which puts DogVibe in front of people who have never heard of it.
Can I add an extra collar?
Yes. After you select your reward, Kickstarter lets you add extra dog sets (collar module, static module and leash module) and extra long range remotes at $45 each. Up to four remotes pair to one collar.
Does my $20 deposit count toward this?
Yes. It is already taken off the price shown, so what you see is what you pay.
When am I charged?
Not today. Kickstarter charges every backer when the campaign ends on October 29.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can change or cancel your pledge any time before the campaign ends. If you want a different number of collars than you first backed, come back to this page and pick a different secret VIP reward.
When does it ship?
Spring 2027 is the estimated delivery.
Where do you ship?
The United States and Canada only for this campaign.
